Christopher W. Meisner, CFA®, CRI®, OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc.
Mr. Meisner is a senior commercial mortgage loan producer at OneAmerica. He has 20 years of experience in the investment and real estate finance field (15 at OneAmerica). His current responsibilities include originating new commercial mortgage loans for OneAmerica’s balance sheet portfolio, managing correspondent and borrower relationships covering a quarter of the United States and assisting with special projects.
Prior to joining OneAmerica, Chris spent 5 years in various roles in the commercial mortgage and real estate department of Summit Investment Partners/Union Central Life Insurance Company. He was responsible for reviewing lease opportunities for the Real Estate Owned portfolio, handling loan work-outs and modifications, originating balance sheet and CMBS loans and selling participating interests in loans to other life insurance companies.
Chris received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Ohio State University and his MBA from Xavier University. He is a CFA® charterholder and CRI® charterholder. Mr. Meisner is currently a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association CREF Green Lending Roundtable.

John W. Maher, CRI®, Great-West Financial
Mr. Maher joined Great-West Financial® in October 2021. He is a part of the Commercial Mortgages Investment team where he is responsible for originating commercial mortgages in select US markets.
Mr. Maher graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2001 and received his Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus in real estate from Boston College in 2008. Mr. Maher has over 20 years of investment management experience with over 15 years of dedicated real estate investment experience. Mr. Maher is a Chartered Real Estate Investor (CRI®).

Colleen Larkin, CRI®, Managing Director, New York Life Real Estate Investors
Colleen is Managing Director, Head of Loan Infrastructure and Business Intelligence for New York Life Real Estate Investors. She is also responsible for managing all technology initiatives. Ms. Larkin began her career with the company in 1991 as an accountant and over the course of her tenure held various accounting and asset management positions. Ms. Larkin earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton. She is a Charter holder of the Chartered Realty Investor Society.

Joseph (Joe) Burke, CRI®, Senior Managing Director / Asset Management, Servicing, and Insurance, PPM Finance, Inc.
Mr. Burke joined PPM America in July 1998 and is currently involved in several aspects of the Commercial Real Estate Group. His responsibilities include loan production in several major US metropolitan markets, oversight of the servicing function for the real estate mortgage portfolio ($8 billion), insurance, asset management of real estate equities and problem loans, and serving on the Investment Committee for new real estate investments and the Surveillance Committee for existing mortgage investments.
Mr. Burke has 35 years of experience in real estate investment working at several prominent financial institutions. Prior to joining PPM, Joe had been at Fortis Advisors in New York, Allstate Life and Principal Financial. Mr. Burke has been active in the Mortgage Bankers Association having served as the chairman of the Portfolio Investors committee and is currently Treasurer of the Charter Realty Investor Society and serves on its Board of Directors.
Mr. Burke earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin and has completed graduate work at NYU and DePaul University. Mr. Burke has earned the CRI® and the Fellow, Life Management Institute designations and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
